The brain can be easily disassembled into 8 pieces; Frontal and parietal lobes (2 pieces), temporal and occipital lobes (2 pieces), brain stem (2 pieces), and cerebellum (2 pieces). It also features an attached Circle of Willis and basilar artery. The model is held together with a unique combination of magnets and pegs, allowing for easy and intuitive reassembly.

Once disassembled, it's easy to identify 41 unique features with the use of the accompanying key.

A: There are magnets conveniently placed around this model that hold the pieces securely in their place. When you are ready to seperate the pieces, you can easily pull them apart without much force.

Q: Is assembly required?
A: Upon opening the box, the brain will already be assembled, however, you will need to remove protective materials separating each part of the brain prior to use.  Taking it apart for the first time is quite easy, and assembly gets easier with practice (and is even easier thanks to the magnets that hold it together).  Most users report assembly taking less than 1 minute.
