This warranty is an additional purchase to extend the warranty on your Gen II PICC with IV & Arterial Line Vascular Access Ultrasound Trainer. This warranty is only valid for this item only.

For a period of 1-Year, the Blue Phantom Assurance Warranty will replace your model with a new factory replacement, prior to you sending your broken model to Blue Phantom. Blue Phantom will review and repair your model at no additional cost. If it can be repaired, it will be sent back to you, and if it cannot be repaired you keep the new model already received. Additional years of the Blue Phantom Warranty are available for purchase.
